"Gem Jar"

The girls are paintint their "gems" from out yard this is our new innovative behavior motivation method, not that the kids are being terrible but since I started the chore charts things have been much smoother in the mornings/evenings so I thought I would take it a step further as an all day motivation. The girls had so much fun painting and so did I. When they fill the jar to the line I made with a rubber band they get the special treat they chose this time it's a trip to the "big" movies maybe next time the zoo or children's museum. They can earn gems and get them taken away. Paige really seems to respond to the positive threat of the gems hahahahha let's see how long it lasts.
